Client is a chemical processing company in Austria handling medium-sized granules with variable moisture content.Processed materials are seasonings, along with continuous operation to match upstream feeding systems.

(1) Working Principle
Vibrating fluidized bed dryer utilizes vibration force generated by a vibration motor to induce motor oscillation. Materials hop forward on the air distribution plates while hot air introduced from the bottom of the drying bed maintains them in a fluidized state, ensuring thorough contact with the hot air for heat and mass transfer.
Cold air is heated by the heat exchanger and then enters the dryer's air chamber through the fluidized bed air inlet. Wet materials are uniformly and continuously fed into the fluidized bed through the inlet. Under the dual effects of vibrations generated by the motor and Evenly distributed hot airflow through the air distribution plate, the materials remain suspended and fully contact the hot air stream, completing the drying process. Dried exhaust gas is filtered through dust removal equipment before being extracted and discharged via the induced draft fan, while the dried products are discharged through the outlet.
